By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the p2222 platform in any capacity, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the p2222 platform, including registered account holders, guests browsing the site, and any persons accessing the platform from any device or location.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall legal framework governing your relationship with p2222. Where any conflict arises between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

p2222 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email or in-platform notification.

To register and maintain an account with p2222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. p2222 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntary through p2222's own responsible gaming tools or through any applicable regulatory mechanism.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or using funds belonging to, any third party.

p2222 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at registration or at any subsequent point determined by our compliance team. Failure to complete KYC verification to p2222's satisfaction may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you meet all eligibility criteria. Any misrepresentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one registered account with p2222. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential referral to relevant authorities.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p2222 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. p2222 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP) on your account. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. p2222 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to maintain appropriate security.

Account Accuracy. Your registered name, date of birth, and contact details must match the identity documents you provide during KYC verification. Accounts where the registered name does not match the verified identity will be suspended pending investigation.

Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be deemed dormant. p2222 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable policy, which will be communicated to the account holder via their registered email address prior to any deduction.

Accepted Payment Methods. p2222 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC-20). All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for USDT transactions.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits are credited to your p2222 account balance in real time for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) and within standard banking hours for bank transfer methods. p2222 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days. p2222 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Third-Party Payments. p2222 strictly prohibits the use of payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Any attempt to use third-party payment methods will result in account suspension and a mandatory investigation.

Errors and Chargebacks. In the event of an erroneous credit to your account — whether resulting from a technical fault, human error, or any other cause — you are obliged to notify p2222 immediately and must not use any funds credited in error. Chargeback attempts are treated as fraudulent conduct and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and recovery action.

p2222 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotional terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered within thirty (30) days of being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages as specified in individual bonus terms.
• p2222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted and commenced wagering under a specific bonus will be permitted to complete that bonus under its original terms where reasonably practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, systematic exploitation of low-edge games to complete wagering requirements, and coordinated play with other accounts — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, cancellation of associated winnings, and permanent account closure.

Players who have opted out of marketing communications will not receive promotional bonus offers unless they opt back in through their account settings. Responsible gaming deposit limits and self-exclusion settings take precedence over any active bonus offer.

Game Fairness. All casino games offered on p2222 — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and virtual sports — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. p2222 does not manipulate game outcomes. Technical Failures. In the event of a disconnection, technical fault, or interruption during gameplay, p2222 will endeavour to restore the game to its state at the point of interruption. Where this is not possible, bets that were in progress at the time of the fault may be voided and stakes returned. p2222 shall not be liable for any alleged losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Maximum Winnings. p2222 may impose maximum payout limits on individual games, sessions, or jackpot events. Where such limits apply, they will be communicated within the relevant game or promotional terms. Winnings in excess of published maximums will not be payable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p2222 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting any material fact in connection with your account.
• Money Laundering: Using the p2222 platform to conceal, convert, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. p2222 is obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and fully co-operates with anti-money laundering investigations.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions or self-exclusion.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format available on the platform.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the p2222 platform in place of genuine human play.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be recovered.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language at p2222 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p2222, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.

p2222's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p2222 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, that it will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities, or that any specific game or service will remain available indefinitely. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

p2222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on p2222, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

p2222 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no system is entirely infallible, and p2222 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

p2222 may be required to disclose player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, or other legal obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

Termination by You. You may close your p2222 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by p2222. p2222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• Account inactivity as defined in Section 3;

Upon termination for cause, p2222 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified balances will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to p2222's international gaming licence. Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the internal complaints process.

Notwithstanding the above, p2222 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm to the platform.

p2222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p2222 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered account holders via email or in-platform messaging.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or minor formatting updates — may be made without individual notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account. Your continued use of p2222 following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
